1Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who visits this website or uses the ChronoCore platform operated by SAB IT Services: visitors, customers, and the administrators, managers and employees of our customers ("users"). Buying and licensing are covered by our Terms & Conditions. By using the website or platform you agree to these terms.

2Accounts and passwords

• User accounts are created by your organisation's ChronoCore administrator. Use only your own account.
• Keep your password secret and change it if you think someone else knows it. Tell your administrator immediately about any unauthorised use.
• Administrators must give each person only the access they need, and remove access when an employee leaves.

3Acceptable use

You must not:

• Share, resell or rent your licence or login, or use it for another organisation
• Copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer ChronoCore, or try to bypass its licence or security checks
• Try to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised for, including other customers' data
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or overload the service (for example with automated scraping or flooding)
• Enter false attendance, leave or salary records to cheat employees or authorities
• Use the website, chat or forms to send spam, abusive, illegal or misleading content

If you find a security problem, please report it to us privately at info@sabitservices.com instead of testing or sharing it.

4Employee data and lawful use

ChronoCore processes employees' personal data such as attendance punches, biometric device IDs, leave and salary. Customers must use it only for lawful employment purposes, inform their employees as required by law, and follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable labour laws. 5Chat, tickets and WhatsApp

• Live chat and tickets are for questions and problems about ChronoCore. Conversations are saved so we can help you and improve our service.
• Please do not send passwords, full bank or card numbers, Aadhaar numbers or other sensitive data in chat. We will never ask for your password.
• Be respectful. We may close conversations that are abusive or unrelated to our services.
• Quick answers shown in the chat are general guidance; your administrator's settings may change how things work in your company.

6Website content and links

• Content on this website (text, screenshots, logos, videos) belongs to SAB IT Services and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• Product descriptions and screenshots show typical features; your modules and screens may differ according to your licence and version.
• Links to other websites (for example WhatsApp or the payment gateway) are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and platform available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or remove features. Important changes for paying customers are informed in advance.

8If these terms are broken

If a user breaks these terms, we may block that user's access, inform the customer's administrator, and, for serious or repeated misuse, suspend the licence as described in our Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
