In short: we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and run ChronoCore for our customers. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

1Who we are

This website and the ChronoCore workforce management platform ("ChronoCore") are operated by SAB IT Services, H.No 7-1-621/269, Flat 103, Padma Sagar Apartments, Beside Ratan Deep Super Market, East Srinivas Nagar Colony, Ameerpet, Srinivasa Nagar, Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500038 ("we", "us", "our").

This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2Data we collect

2.1 When you contact us or book a demo

When you fill an enquiry, demo or pricing form on this website, we collect:

Your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address
Company name, city and approximate number of employees
The module you are interested in, preferred demo date and your message
The page you sent the form from, your IP address and browser type (to stop spam and misuse)

2.2 When you use ChronoCore (customers and their users)

Login details: user name, role and an encrypted (hashed) password
Customer details: organisation name, contact person, mobile, email and domain
Activity and security logs: login times, IP address and actions performed

2.3 When you chat with us on WhatsApp

If you click a WhatsApp button, you leave our website and the chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We see your WhatsApp name, number and the messages you send us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see section 10). Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

4Data inside the ChronoCore platform

Our customers use ChronoCore to manage their own employees' data, such as employee master details, attendance and punch records from biometric devices, shifts, leave, and salary and payroll data.

For this employee data, our customer (the employer) is the Data Fiduciary and decides why and how it is processed. SAB IT Services acts as a Data Processor: we store and process it only to provide the service, on the customer's instructions and under our agreement with them.

Are you an employee of one of our customers? Please contact your employer's HR team first to access, correct or delete your data. We will help your employer respond to your request.

5Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the website and login to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If a product video is shown on our home page, it is embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the login will then not work.

We share personal data only when needed, and only with:

Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our servers and databases
Our own team and authorised partners who install devices, set up and support ChronoCore for you
Government or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it

Everyone we share data with must keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose we give them. Your data is stored on servers in India, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.

7How long we keep data

Website enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted
Customer account and platform data: for as long as the customer's subscription is active, then returned or deleted as agreed in the customer contract
Billing records: as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require
Security logs: for a limited period needed to investigate misuse

8How we protect data

We use reasonable security safeguards, including:

Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers
Role-based access: each user sees only what their role allows
Passwords stored only in hashed form, never as plain text
Each customer's data kept separate from other customers
Access logs and regular backups

No system is 100% secure. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

9Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:

EraseAsk us to delete your data when it is no longer needed.

Withdraw consentStop us using data you gave with consent.

NominateName someone to use these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.

Raise a grievanceComplain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (section 10). We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 90 days, the time limit the DPDP Rules, 2025 allow.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are important, we will also inform our customers by email.
